Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
• Extract data from various sources including databases, data warehouses, and other systems using Business Objects and prepare it for visualization in Tableau.
• Create data models and design efficient data structures to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding and working experience with the Tableau Desktop tool
• Strong knowledge of databases specifically Teradata and Snowflake 
• Strong understanding of SQL and should be independently able to write complex SQLs and views required for dashboards.
• Strong understanding of the dashboarding and reporting best practices and ability to define and design a semantic layer
• Should have experience in working with business users on scrum-based agile methodology.
• Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 
• 8+ years of Techno Functional, Analytics, experience in Database, Data Modelling, Reporting, and Visualizations with end-to-end implementations
• Must have expertise and understanding of SAP Business Objects Suite 
• Experience with report and query performance tuning
• Experience with tools like GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience managing and working with larger user communities with conflicting priorities.
• Prior experience working in Datawarehouse migration projects. 
• Prior Experience handling multiple applications parallelly 
• Prior exposure to an onsite-offshore working model.
